The Burlesque Revealed training program created by Desiree De Carlo and Twirlisha Devine in 2023 is becoming the Circle City School of Burlesque! Instructors Desiree De Carlo, Twirlisha Devine, Patsy Blue Ribbon, and Frenchy LaRouge have partnered to share their professional expertise with students. Together, these seasoned showgirls boast many years of experience performing and producing in the burlesque industry. Their mission is to provide high quality education and heartfelt support to the next wave of burlesque entertainers!
