Students from the Circle City School of Burlesque debut brand new acts, packed with unique concepts and vibrant personality!
The performers featured in this showcase have taken part in a 3 month mentorship series through the Circle City School of Burlesque. The series was open to any performer of any experience level, with the goal of creating a brand new, stage ready burlesque act from start to finish. We are so proud to showcase their talent, hard work, and creative vision on the White Rabbit Cabaret stage!

Drop it to the floor and pick it up slow! This 90 minute class focuses on the flexibility, core strength, transitions and techniques that enables you to create swoon worthy burlesque floor WERK moments! This class is for all levels and includes a stretch and strengthen warm up, technique and transition exercises and ends with a sensual slow burn combo. Please bring a mat and knee pads or wear long socks to protect your precious knees!!
Since making her burlesque debut in San Diego in 2017, Twirlisha Devine has performed, featured, headlined and competed all over the U.S. and internationally. She utilizes her experience as a former modern dancer and fitness professional to cultivate the burlesque workshops that she’s had the honor of teaching across the country, and as a partner in the Burlesque Revealed program (now CCSB).

Location and Parking: CCSB classes take place at She Shop Fitness Studio in Broad Ripple. 713 E. 52nd St. Indianapolis, IN 46205. The parking lot is open to everyone, even in front of the tattoo shop and around back. Carrollton St (less than a min walk) is also all free parking. For safety and security, we will be locking the studio doors at 5 minutes past class start time. If you arrive later than this, just knock (music may prevent the instructor from hearing you, please be patient).

This 90 minute workshop is packed with info for anyone with interest in this provocative art form. Learn the foundations of burlesque movement, how to develop your stage persona, and harness the power of conceal and reveal!
As fancy as she is filthy, Desiree De Carlo has made the stage her home, earning the tagline “Glamour Incarnate” and reigning as “Miss Nude Indiana”. A cofounder of The Rocket Doll Revue, Desiree has been dazzling audiences with burlesque magic for 15 years.

Want to take an existing act to the next level? Bring it to our community peer review and get advice from your fellow performers! We have 6 available 15 minute slots, you will be able to perform your act in the main studio room and then with whatever time is left in your slot you will receive PRIVATELY GIVEN advice and ideas from each of the CCSB instructors in the separate weight room. Open to all levels of performance experience!
Peer Review is $10 per act to cover our studio rental fee, but otherwise this event is free to attend! All community members are welcome to come socialize, network, and bounce ideas off each other. All we ask is that you do not give critique to performers unless specifically requested.
